Response: I don’t believe this is a fair rating. I completed the seap and mailed 3 days before the swap deadline. Recipient did not rate till 5 weeks later so I assume this was held up in our US mail. I cannot be held responsible for that. I’ve messaged her but have not heard back. 😭
