Move those ATC collections. Send THREE (3) ATCs to each of 3 partners - at least one which was made by you and one not made by you in each set. This means you will send out 9 ATC (at least 3 made by you) and see 9 new ATC. EDIT: dropped it to 3 ATCs to each partner. You can send out cards that you do not care for, but do not send out junk. Sender's choice.

I'd like to join, but would hate to end up with 12 ugly ATC's that my partners hate... plus I'm not really willing to trade off 12 ATC's... I like mine too much I guess :( I would be willing to trade 4 cards in total though....

I like 99.99% of my cards and I think most people would only give up the cards they disliked.

different people care for different colors & topics & arrangements - we'll see how it goes.
