Doctor Who - ATCs - The make up swap

Okay, so the past few months I've been hosting a bunch of ATC swaps based on the Doctors from Doctor who (the BBC show). We've gone through them chronically but I keep seeing people who want to do all 12 (this includes the war doctor), accidentally missing some of the swaps or started late, so now have an incomplete set. So this swap is a make up swap.

You will have one partner for which you are going to make 2 ATC's. When you sign up, Please STATE IN THE COMMENTS, which Doctors you are missing. So that when partners are assigned they can look for your comment and make the ATC's around those specifically requested.

If you are only missing one Doctor you can request something different for the second ATC, maybe you'd like to see your partners take on your favourite Doctor? or maybe you want to see who their favourite Doctor is? Or maybe you want your partner to surprise you with the second ATC - Just keep it Doctor themed!

Ratings: at least 4.9 with no recent 1's or 3's on your profile. You also agree to rate promptly. Newbies are welcome with a well-filled out profile and I reserve the right to remove participants who do not meet requirements. ATC's must be 3.5 x 2.5 inches, sturdy, and must be something that you would be proud to receive yourself. No flaking please, I can angel if need be but it would be a shame if I would need to!
