Hats off to You - ATC

Recently it was hat day at the Kentucky Derby and I have always loved big and elegant hats from the turn of the century. This swap is the creator's choice and should show a person in silhouette or a stamped female head and shoulders. However you imagine the base should look is up to you. Your hat could still be on the makers table on a doll head. You the artist have freedom to do whatever floats your boat.

Standard size rules apply of 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches. Happy Swapping everyone.
