what does it mean to have a rating above 4.8? I have been in one swap where i had 5 swap partners and have a full profile. does that mean i can join?

I like boyshorts(lacy and regular), thongs and panties in general(just no granny's)....am easy to please! I wear a size 7 usually,unless they run small,then I leave it at your discretion.
