No, not give up the world. World building takes too long for a one-off! I meant write the next story in that world. Surely you have a secondary or tertiary character (or two or three or five) who has his/her/its own tale. Go write that sequel ... or series! (And now that that thought is in your head, the ideas should begin to form!) :) Write on!
